Our Laserfiche Rio System is on version 10.4
We are looking to upgrade everything to version 11
I've never been through an upgrade like this before, so I'm just curious how it works in general. We have several applications spread across multiple dedicated servers (Forms, Workflow, Import Agent, Connector, etc... full list on bottom)
Do all of these have to be upgraded at the same time to get the whole system to 11? Or can we upgrade each individual application to 11 over time and still have the whole system work despite some apps being 11 and some still being 10.4?
Does anyone know of any whitepapers that show instructions on how to upgrade an on-prem system like this?
