WebAdmin broken after upgrade?

Upgraded server, DC, and WF from 9.2.1 to 10.

Clients work fine, as does the software admin console.

Web Admin reports back:  The value of the property 'type' cannot be parsed. The error is: The type 'Laserfiche.IdentityModel.CatalystSecurityTokenResolver, Laserfiche.IdentityModel.Catalyst, Culture=neutral' cannot be resolved. Please verify the spelling is correct or that the full type name is provided. 
 

Windows 2008R2, 64-bit.  9.2.1 Web Admin works if I uninstall 10 and revert.

Any thoughts / troubleshooting ideas?

This should be the same issue as mentioned in https://answers.laserfiche.com/questions/90013/The-webpage-has-a-redirect-loop

* at least partially; getting some sort of http connection error on the DC panels... will worry about that tomorrow. :)
