Currently a user is attempting to use snapshot within Microsoft Access. They are trying to snapshot reports within Access. The prompt for Snapshot when printing comes up for some but not all. I have made the following changes:
1. Under printer properties I have unchecked "Enable advanced printing features"
2. Under printer properties I have changed to "Print directly to the printer"
3. I have also changed Snapshot to the default printer
I have checked the event viewer and there were no errors recorded. After making these changes it still continues to do the same thing. The previous version of Laserfiche was 9.1.0 and I upgraded it to version 9.1.1 sp2. The issue is still persisting. I will be testing to see if it happens with any other user profile on the same machine soon and will update this post. I just wanted to know if anyone has had these issues before and what they did to resolve them.
