hello.

Hi, I have an installation of Laserfiche Rio 100 named users with an activation key and I updated the same key with 25 named users more.
at the end I have 125 named users, but, how I can do to update those users with the same activation key?

Laserfiche Support was contacted because there was an issue renewing the master license in the license database. The computer's hardware fingerprint had slightly changed so the renewal was failing because of a mismatched fingerprint.

The workaround is to manually activate using ActivationTool.exe to download and save the new Rio master license to the computer. Then in the License Manager Adminstration Console, select the license database and use the "Add Master License" command and import the master license from the new license file that was just downloaded.

You'll want to update your master license in the Laserfiche Directory Server or License Manager, depending on your version of Rio. For example: https://www.laserfiche.com/support/webhelp/DirectoryServer/9.2/en-us/Admin/Default.htm#Settings.htm.

Is License manager 8.2

License Manager 8.2 doesn't have online help (you can press F1 from the LM admin console to view the local help) so I can't link it. It's basically the same idea though.
