Hi I have LF in my Citrix environment and have used it for years and it worked well.

We recently upgraded to LF 9.2 and the new version of snapshot but now each time a user prints to the Snapshot printer they are being prompted to authenticate to LF and the repository. I tried the Snapshot Shared printer but that prints to a default folder she is using Snapshot to print Payroll reports so I can not have a generic folder

Any suggestions???

Is there a permission setting on that printer that i could enable???

Does the user authenticate into the Laserfiche repository using their Windows credentials or Laserfiche credentials? You may want to test using a Windows account that is an admin on the Citrix server and is a licensed user of the repository. If it works with an admin account then you can probably start looking at permissions; if it does not work with an admin account then you have to go back to the drawing board:
