Hey Sierra,
As you've probably seen in other Answers posts, Laserfiche does not offer support when scanning from a Citrix environment. It's still possible using the program you linked above and other similar programs, but it's not something that we guarantee to work. You can see this KB Article for more information.
Regarding printing, it's kind of like scanning. It all depends if the Laserfiche system is able to see the appropriate devices. If the print driver is available to Laserfiche, it will work, but making sure that the drivers are available can be a bit tricky, and may require the use of third party applications depending on how you plan to set it up.
In terms of Snapshot, check out this KB Article to learn how to install Snapshot as a network or shared printer. I believe this is the configuration you'll need to ensure that Snapshot is available for use in Citrix.
