Can we get documentation for the activation error code 0109-QF0

Since activating only gives you a code to lookup rather than communicating the problem, we need this code added to the support site so we can see what is wrong.

0109 is "License activation failed." Quick Fields does not have information on why. Given the timing of your post,  it's likely the same issue as https://answers.laserfiche.com/questions/233385/Older-versions-of-the-software-dont-seem-to-support-deactivation-any-longer

I was on version 11 which is the latest version, not sure if I had the very latest build though. We ended up activating using the activation tool and creating a text file, then importing that on the QF activation screen. The security changes are causing a lot of confusion with activation recently.
