No trace of form after Thank You Page

I've reviewed the following posts but there is no trace of the submitted form in InvalidSubmissions or RoutingError folders, or anything in Event Viewer around the time of submission that I can identify.

We have one Forms server running 11 Update 3. Confirmed public user is receiving the Thank You page and preview of the form.

Even though the routing service is supposed to retry any stuck submissions we've manually restarted the service but no new forms have been processed. It's not every submission that is missing - seems completely random.

Hi Cassandra,

This sounds like a severe issue if the submission is getting lost randomly, could you ask your VAR to contact our support team directly?

You only have one forms server?  It does Public & internal forms?

The reason I ask is because we have two servers one for Public and one for internal and the public server is configured to use the routing service on the internal server and we have had weirdness if somehow the routing service got turned on for the Public server.

Yes, we only have the one production Forms server right now. We switched to an new server in December with a fresh Forms install using the same database the old Forms application used. The old server is no longer in use - I verified the sites, appPools, and services had all been stopped.
