Installation and Upgrades Laserfiche Cloud Snapshot Integrations

Hello Support

We need to download/install Laserfiche 11 Snapshot and the Microsoft integration feature for about 20 users.

Is there a way we can do this without downloading the full 4GB Laserfiche 11 Client on each computer?

Do you know if there’s a way to download only the listed components in below?

Laserfiche Office Integration 11

Laserfiche Snapshot 11

Snapshot Shared Printer

Hi Wendy,

The Laserfiche 11 Client Suite (which includes Snapshot and the Office Integration) is only available as part of the larger Laserfiche 11 package. Our recommendation is to copy the installation package to a central location available to all the computers, such as a network file share (e.g., \\FileShare\LaserficheInstallers\), and install the software components you need from there.
