Hello everyone. I have many users running into a session limit message and I don't understand why. 

These users are on Web Client 11 (11.0.2302.22). I have set the logout automatically to 60 minutes on the repository but people are still getting these sessions left open. Here is 1 guy with multiple sessions, all over 21 hours old, all started simultaneously. Eventually, he will get a max session error and I have to log in to admin console and kill all his sessions. 

Does anyone know how someone can get multiple sessions simultaneously and how I get them to close without having to do it myself?
