[RESOLVED] Issue: 2022-05-20, Support Site and Activation Server issues

Laserfiche is aware of an issue where a company's product listing and activation keys are not displaying on the Support Site. Also, we are aware that activation requests are unable to be processed.

The matter is being investigated and this thread will be updated once the issues are resolved. We apologize for any inconvenience this is causing.

Hello Alex, 

Thank you for the update. 

I would like to suggest that you create a notification system that notifies all vars when something like that occurs in the future to avoid misunderstandings with our customers. 

Last Friday, i was stuck in the middle of a migration, their employees were working on their off days and the customer cannot support any down times. So kindly take that into consideration.
