Products won't load so cannot start a case

When starting a case we are forced to pick a product.  Usually it takes minutes to load this list for some reason but today nothing is showing for us.  I have had a few other people in the office try it with the same results.  Need to start another case for our own Cloud system and can't because we don't have products to select:

Thanks for reporting this issue Chris. We're working on it.

Also under Company Profile where it shows what products are purchased it says No Products
