Laserfiche will be performing network and system updates this Saturday, January 29th between the hours of 2am – 9am PST (10am - 5pm GMT/UTC). During this time, our Support Site, Order Management Site, Solution Provider Portal, and Licensing Servers will be unavailable.
Laserfiche Cloud services will continue to function, but the ability to generate any new licenses for desktop add-ons (such as Quick Fields) will not be available. As such, we recommend avoiding any major installation, implementation, or system changes during this time frame to avoid any disruption in service for both Solution Providers and customers. Apologies for any disruption this might cause.

Notification for Planned Site and Licensing Service Maintenance for January 29th, 2022

Let me first say that the advanced notice is very much appreciated. I would however like to echo the requests in this post about a larger notification window. Many of our client upgrades are scheduled on weekends and after hours to accommodate as little downtime for the client as possible. 2 days notice while appreciated is not always enough time to reschedule with a client or alter staffing accordingly.
Hi Shawn,
I completely understand and agree that the notification window should be longer. In this specific case, the outage is related to required physical infrastructure maintenance that we ourselves received notice of two days ago on Tuesday the 25th. @████████made an announcement in the Solution Providers Answers group within half an hour of us learning of the maintenance event. This public notice should have gone up at the same time, so we apologize for that delay. Though it doesn't excuse the inadequate notification window, I at least want to note that it's not something we sat on before making an announcement.
We're working with the group responsible for the underlying maintenance events to get notice earlier, so we can let our Solution Providers and customers know further ahead of time as well.
