Ah ok, so it can't be excluded silently, as the install levels are cumulative, you'd have to manually do the install and un-tick it as part of a custom install.

The customer in question is experiencing the following issue:-

As yet there is no fix date for the bug, so just wanted to not install it for now.

Looks like they'll have to manually do the install for now.
