Hi,

  We have the Licenses for laserfiche Avante 10 and related products (currently using Laserfiche 10.2) , but if i go and try to download any of the products, Access Denied is appearing on the download button, what seems to be the problem and how can i contact laserfiche to fix this problem?

I was trying to download Laserfiche connector 10.3 thus no download access, then i noticed that for all the licensed product version i cannot download, having access denied on the download button.

 

The Account used has the role to download software.
