Deployment Toolkit: What Happens If it Runs Out of User Licenses

When you run the deployment toolkit, if you have configured (for example) 5 users to be created in LFDS, but the primary license only has 3, what will happen?

It will throw 'FullNamedUserLimitExceededException' error at configuring users in LFDS step with the script;

We also support rerunning the script after update config files.
