I think there might be an issue with searching through the support site. If I perform a search for 242372 which I know exists in this post:-

I get 0 results:-

I've tried this with various number formats throughout the LF answers site and nothing seems to be passing through to the support site correctly.

Searching directly on answers works as expected:-

I was assuming the idea of the support site search is it would search all content, unless you have to search the support site and answers separately?

Can someone confirm what's supposed to happen, and resolve the issue if the support site is supposed to be a centralised search engine.
