Hi Everyone,
Ever since we have upgraded most of our users PC from Windows 7 to Windows 10, and having them to utilize Laserfiche Web Client 10.3 (10.3.1.98), we have been having users complaints non stop. Part of the Web Client configuration includes the configuration of LF Web Office Integration 10.3.
Now we have users whose Office tools do not have Laserfiche Add-Ins functioning properly. One minute it gets activated and the next minute it disappears. This then leads to them being unable to utilize the Laserfiche tab on all Office tools; by saving their documents into Laserfiche. I have attached some error messages generated by the system; which leads to them being unable to access their Office documents. Please assist.
