I'm having trouble!

 I cannot get the Bot Designer.  I keep getting an error.  I'm so disappointed.  I really want to see how this works.

Would you mind letting us know how far into the registration/installation you got and what error you're currently seeing?

Denise,

It looks like you are having the same problem I did with your network's firewall.  See these posts that describe what is needed:
