Buen dia a todos

Tengo un pequeño problema, espero y me puedan apoyar pasa que en el "Laserfiche Administration Console 9.2" no puedo conectarme a un servidor ya que me aparece el error de:

"No credentials are available in the security package [6000:0x8009030e]"

Desconozco este error ya he buscado pero no he podido solucionarlo, lo probe en otro equipo y funciona correctamente. Mucho agradecere de su ayuda.
