No credentials are available in the security package

My client is receiving an error when trying to attach their server to the admin console. They receive it after entering the IP and clicking ok. The error is "No credentials are available in the security package [6000:0x8009030e]". I have never seen this error before, nor is there anything on the support site on it. This is for a fresh install of the admin console, version 9.2.1.562. Have anyone one else bumped into this issue? Thanks!

Are you using Windows 10 Home edition with Windows Live?

You should note that your company has run into this issue before (Case 181257) with Cody. It was specific to Windows Live accounts being used to authenticate to the workstation. It was resolved by creating a local windows account not connected to windows live (you can also use a domain account if you are not using windows home), rebooting the machine and logging in with the local account.

We also have this issue still. No resolution yet (it's not Windows Live accounts). A full uninstall/reinstall of LF Client does not resolve. Only some LF Clients have the issue.
