LF support doesn't show my installed products

When I access my Company Profile on LF Support site I do not see any of my licensing information.  Why don't I have access to that?

It also says my company doesn't exist when I go to look up my available activations.

Maybe you don't have rights to see that information? If someone else in your organization is responsible for granting roles to users on the support site, you may need to talk to them and ask them to give you the rights to see that information.

I am getting the same issue. No current products are showing for any customers.

Agreed, rights are usually the issue, but I'm the Admin within our organization and have rights to the licensing information.

I also verified with my VAR and they are not seeing licensing for any customers either.  thank you both for taking a look at this.
