Hi,

Only on one computer "Obtain text from the print job" function is not working. No matter which file is selected, text is always empty. 

OCR is working but that function is not required at the moment since there is some hidden text that could only be extracted from the this option. 

How do i check for driver version like here? Which drivers does this option depend on. 

Any suggestions what might be causing this issue on specific windows?
