Hi,

Any file I am printing to LF Snapshot is not obtaining text from the print job. I have tried Word, Excel, Emails that contain text and in the Client there is no Text displayed. Therefore it is the "Obtain text from the print job" that is selected does not appear to be working. No issue if I select the OCR radio button (just takes a lot longer for larger documents plus not 100% accurate).

It is working fine for other users. My driver version is 13.77.558 (another users is 13.77.55). Not sure if it is driver related or a setting somewhere? Does anyone have any ideas?

You noted that "It is working fine for other users". Does it work fine for other uses on your machine (if they reboot your machine and login with their own windows/LF credentials)?

Grant,, Did you ever get any resolution to your problem?

I have since had my pc replaced and now is working ok on my newer pc. The answer to your question is 'no'I never got it resolved on my old machine.
