Laserfiche Ribbon Is Missing In Microsoft Outlook 2016. I checked the add-ins and there is nothing for Outlook 2016. Is this not supported yet? I am using Laserfiche 10 now.

The following thread may be able to help you out. Microsoft has tightened security greatly with 2016 so there's a few registry tweaks that need to be made to allow it to work correctly.

It looks like the user in question has the same issue as you and I know that this solution worked for one of our users, but if you are having the same issue after following the instructions there I would make sure you add yourself to that thread so that they know it's not just one person specific.

I believe we had this issue with one of our customers too and the solutions posted worked for our user, so it seems like it may be something that happens with specific setups.

Hi Chris.

Thank you for the reply.

As I am at a critical time right now and cannot do trial-and-error, I have decided to downgrade to 2013 for now. I do hope that Laserfiche is working on making the seamless integration of LF10 with Microsoft 2016 in the future.

I will keep this thread in our files should we would have the direction to standardize everything to 2016 and we will have to tweak all machines manually.
