We have inherited the support for a very old Team/United system that is licensed as a single user system (1 concurrent user). When trying to maintain their system using the Admin account I cannot log in unless I am the only user on the system. In other words the admin account would appear to count towards their maximum concurrent user count of 1. Is this by design, and is their only option to allow concurrent admin access to apply the Avante licensing keys and move to a 'Named User' system?
