My client is having an issue with snapshot, they are using the Laserfiche client suite 9.2.1.562. They are also on windows 10. Every time they use snapshot, it sets itself as the default printer. My client had set other printers as the default back, but snapshot keeps taking it after being used. Has anyone else experienced a similar issue? Hi Ricardo,
In windows 10 there is a setting on by default that changes the default printer to the last printer used.
