Hi All,

This morning I updated a customers master license in RIO.  They are using license manager.  The additional named user licenses were being added to 1 specific server.  After increasing the named user count and clicking "apply" and "ok".  The available named user license increased on the LF server, without generating a new license, nor restarting the Laserfiche server service.  Is this normal?  I've researched, and all the documentation points that I should have had to regenerate the LF server license.  I forgot to mention, the License manager and the LF server are on separate servers.
