The two values can be a little misleading:
* Allocated - the number of repository named user licenses avaliable to this Laserfiche Server instance. In the Laserfiche Rio environment, this would be the number of named user slots you specifically assigned to the Laserfiche Server environment.
* In use - the number of the above set that have actually been assigned to any specific trustee. This is NOT a measure of how many are currently connected or anything along those lines.
Note that in both cases we're just talking about the user slots allocated to this specific Laserfiche Server from the Directory Server. Connections that do not require a named user allocation (such as the workflow user account), or connections using Laserfiche or Domain/directory accounts defined in the Directory Server, are not covered here since they weren't allocated out of that specific Laserfiche Server's pool.
