snapshot driver error

I have a customer that has installed LF Snapshot on Windows 2008 R2 and checked box to install shared printer.

When they try to connect with the shared snapshot printer from their workstations, they are getting an error that states "This printer driver works with Windows Terminal Servers only."

 

Any ideas how to resolve this?

"Terminal server drivers only allow you to print to Snapshot from the terminal server itself and its terminal workstations. If you wish to share the printer with other workstations (such as Windows XP or Vista workstations), you will need to install Snapshot 8 with non-terminal server drivers"

Yes, I found that KB.  They are using a version of Laserfiche higher than 8.2 and checked the box to install the shared printer feature.

Are there currently any Snapshot printers or drivers installed on the machine?  If there is a local installation already, uninstall it first.  Then in the Print Server Properties dialog box under the Drivers tab, make sure that any Snapshot and/or Black Ice drivers are removed. Once that is done reboot the machine then add the Shared Snapshot printer again.
