Question

Where are the 10.1 Release Notes and List of Changes?

asked on April 25, 2016

Downloaded the Rio 10.1 update and looking for both the Release Notes and List of Changes.  The links to these documents at the end of the install end up with a page not found reference.

We have specific issues with 10 and need to see if this update addresses those issues.

Laserfiche itself and Workflow were not updated in the 10.1 release. the only items that were updated were Forms, Mobile, and Web Access.

All components EXCEPT Workflow have also been updated to 10.1 Build 151.

Hi Brian,

I'll look into why the post isn't there. While there were no feature updates in the Laserfiche Server and desktop Client, there were bug fixes. What's the specific item you're asking about?

We have several items we are looking for, in particular around the issues affecting Outlook.  I have installed in our test environment and validated fixes have been applied for folder highlighting in the client when dragging/dropping documents.

Hi Brian,

Did you have a support case about this issue? I'd need more specifics than that to say for sure if it was able to be addressed or not.

I have the same question, I have a bug open from case 172136 but have not heard anything about patches. So are their bug fixes in 10.1 or just new features?

Joel,

The issue in your specific case is still ongoing and being looked into.

Note that whenever there is a new service pack or new release, Laserfiche Support Cases that have a corresponding SCR which is fixed by it will get updated indicating as such. Your reseller should then be getting in touch with you about applying the fix.

Regards
