Error 9499 one or more checked out

Trying to cutoff a record folder.  See screen shot.  There are no records/documents checked out.  Why error message?

Hi Susan,

 

If you look under the activity node in the Laserfiche admin console you can see what documents are checked out. Can you confirm that this list is empty?

Hello Chris,

Nothing is checked out.  See screenshots.   Tried again today to no avail.  Saw a similar post about the same issue yesterday from somebody else.
