Anyone know what else the above error message could mean?  The record folder in question contains two documents, neither of which are checked out.  In fact, the admin console shows no records checked out across the repo.  The user who tried to cutoff the record folder has full permissions to do so, and has no issues cutting off other record folders within the same record series.
