snapshot Problem to install

I'm trying to install  the snapshot module version 9.1,  windows 8 on a machine , and after installation the module works a few times and stops working, and you uninstall and install again several times and the problem persists on the same machine

Are you getting an error whey you try to print to Snapshot? 
What application are you using with Snapshot?

-No, does not show any kind of error , it stops working suddenly and prints are queued in the machine, and the snapshot is in printers but makes no action

What version of Office? 

Is Snapshot the default printer on the machine?  If not, make it your default printer then try again.

Also, check the application and system event logs on the machine. There might be a specific message there.

-check event long and no specific message the error .
