I am attempting to use Snapshot, but it doesn't appear to be communicating with my repository.  I have requested that it prompt me with the configurations and nothing appears after I print to snapshot.  I have also tried to assign it to the default configurations and nothing saves.  When I use Snapshot on a different workstation it works fine and when other named licensed users attempt to use Snapshot on my machine it doesn't work, but it works fine on their own workstation.  Has anyone else encountered this problem?  I am currently on Laserfiche 9.1.1.486
