Renewing Rio Master License Error - Activation was not successful: The product is not licensed. (LFDS10)(LMO4)

Receiving the following error when trying to renew a clients Rio master license:

Renewing Rio Master License Error - Activation was not successful: The product is not licensed. (LFDS10)(LMO4)

I did check and port 80 and 443 are closed - that does not allow communication with Laserfiche licensing servers, correct?

Hi Eric,

 

This will be because you have an option registered that you are no longer licensed for or are using a legacy product where the licensing has changed. Check what you have registered against what you are licensed for.

That was it, needed to remove the outdated(old licensed) applications and then the master license renewal went through.
