How to upgrade from LF 9.1.1 to LF 10?

Hello,

 

I have LF 9.1.1 installed on a physical server. I wanted to know what is the best approach to upgrade it to the latest version 10 of LF?

Hello,

You run the LF10 Setup normally, 

and if you will have problems with the LF10 Server Service (doesn't want to run) problem that we had, all you have to do is Some Windows UPDATES.

You can make a test by trying to upgrade the EMPOWER15 (LF 9.x) to LF10 it will work perfectely.

Hi Vimal,

 

Simply run the server setup.exe after downloading the software onto the server, everything is wizard based and easy to follow. If you are unsure, try the upgrade using you VAR pack first, but it's pretty intuitive and easy to understand. The client upgrade is exactly the same. Don't forget to upgrade the other options as well if they are installed (Workflow, Import Agent etc.).
