Question

Quickfields Agent

asked on March 7, 2016 Show version history

I currently have about 5 employees running around 20 different Quickfields sessions on a weekly basis.  As you can imagine, this creates a lot of log jams.  I know that it is time to purchase the scheduling agent.  However, once I have it, is it only for putting the sessions on a schedule, or will it also give me the ability to edit multiple sessions at one time?  Another way to ask, can I have one employee creating a new session, while I have a second session open that I need to work on for what ever reason.  Hopefully this makes sense.  Thanks :)

Based on how I read your question I do not believe so.  In order to edit a session you need to open the session in Quick Fields.  If you want to run a session you need to open that session in Quick Fields.  If you only have one license that means its installed in only one place and only one person can be using it at a time.  Quick Fields Agent is just going to be a scheduler configuration menu.
