Laserfiche Snapshot Printing

I noticed a previous post where Snapshot wasn't working well with Sage. When we actually print it goes through the motion of printing but never populates in Laserfiche. Is there something we need to setup special for Sage or did we determine computer resources is the main issue?

There's one other thread on Answers which discusses a problem printing to Snapshot from Sage. There wasn't a resolution posted in that thread. Looking through our internal support database, I don't see any notes about compatibility or incompatibility with Sage. So, I'm afraid at this point we can't say what the solution would be to your problem.

If you can ask your VAR (reseller) to open a support case with Laserfiche, we can try to troubleshoot further.
