After upgrading to Forms 10 I lost my participant licenses

After upgrading to Forms 10, I appear to have 'lost' my participant licenses.

I should have 2 licenses....

Was there another step with the upgrade to enable to Participant license?

When you have authenticated participants, you will need to activate with the "Avante Forms Authenticated Participant" key instead of the one labeled as Laserfiche forms.

Thank you for the reply John.  Doesn't that screen capture indicate that was already done?

It shows "Avante Forms Auth Participants" as the product and Activations Remaining = 0.

Not quite. That means it's been activated, but not necessarily that it's the one you used. According to our records, you have 2 Forms licenses. The one most recently activated (2/10/2016) is the one without participants. So John's diagnosis is correct.
