LF 10 Update 2 - Update Failed

Hi All,

 

Trying to apply the recently released update 2 to Laserfiche 10. I've tried installing this on a couple of machines here in house, but I get the same error on all.

 

 

There are no messages in the event viewer, any idea's how to troubleshoot this?

We apologize for the inconvenience. For the time being, the update has been taken down while we work to address the matter with installing it on x64 systems. We'll update this thread again when the matter is resolved.

It's probably not going to fix the issue, but there should be a way to get a log file of what is happening by running it from the command line with a -l "C:\outputLocation" option on the end

Cheers Chris, I've captured the output log files. Doesn't seem anything "too" confidential but I will forward them to Laserfiche for review.

Same thing happened to me, so extracted the individual .msp files (also reviewed in the article Chris links to) and was able to run them individually.
