SDK Licensed by server?

Is the SDK licensed per server or per organization?  If a customer has a United system with the SDK, can they use it for a separate Avante server?

The SDK is licensed by customer organization. If a customer has licenses for both United and Avante servers, they can write programs to access any of their servers.
