The client just noticed this occurring when they upgraded from 8.3 to 9.2.1.635. 

If the default setting is tiff 4 (monochrome) in default settings it will not print in color when you  switch it to jpeg and color. The jpeg will still print it in black and white. 

If the default color is set to jpeg (color) in snapshot config (this user) it will allow you to switch it to tiff 4 (monochrome) and will print in black and white. If you leave it in color it will still print in color as well. 

So the issue is that the only way to print in color is to change the default setting in Snapshot config rather than the dialogue that pops up after starting to print to snapshot. The issue is occurring for all users and there is a similar issue with quickfields not turning color images to black and white.
