«Activation Failed» w/LicenseGenerationExceptionMsg upon Rio Master License Generation

Hello,

I do have deactivated successfully the Rio License as per Organization Profile page: 

However reactivating the master license file from the same computer fails despite key was properly validated:

Please help !

View the activation log (C:\ProgramData\Laserfiche\LFActivationLog.txt) to see if there are additional details regarding the error. If further assistance is needed, please contact your reseller to open a support case. Be sure to provide a copy of the activation log file.
