Active Directory Password Change Locks Users Out of LF Snapshot

asked on November 4, 2015

I have a client where users are prompted to change their active directory passwords every 90 days.  After these changes are made and changed, users are no longer able to print anything to Snapshot

Typically when they would print to Snapshot, it would prompt the user to login and then display the Snapshot settings.  After their passwords have been changed, they are unable to go into the Snapshot configuration and edit their connection profile credentials, the box never appears for them.

So the fix we used to help them get back into Snapshot was deleting the username key in regedit and then going back into the configuration and reestablishing the profile connection.

Is there another way of doing this so that the users do not have to access regedit every 90 days for each user using snapshot?

I have a client with exactly this same problem. Michael, has there been any progress made on fixing this?

Lana, where is the registry entry that you have to edit to reset the password?
