"Input string was not in a correct format" error when validating Activation Key

We have recently bought 3 more user licenses. Laserfiche User Support site shows the correct number of total users with 3 added. But when I ran ActivationTool in the server and entered Activation Key for Avante Server for SQL Express, then clicked on "Validate" button, it showed an error message: "Input string was not in a correct format" . Could you help me about this? Thanks,

Double-check that you used the activation key and not the serial number or mistyped/copied the key. Otherwise you'll probably need to talk to your VAR about opening a support case.

Please try activating again.  It should be fine at this time.
