Hello Chad,

Forms theoretically has no limit on the number of sessions a user has, since it uses the connection to authenticate the user and then disconnects. Note that as each named user can have up to 4 sessions and each named device can have up to 8 sessions, if these are currently in use (e.g. a named user with the Client, Workflow Designer, Quick Fields, and Admin Console open at the same time), then Forms will not be able to make this connection.

Beyond that, the maximum number of sessions will depend on the maximum number of sessions configured in IIS. You can check this from the IIS Manager by navigating to the site, then double-clicking "ASP" and expanding "Session Properties", where you can find the maximum sessions.

Hope this helps!

Per the help file, each Laserfiche named user gets 4 concurrent sessions and each Laserfiche named device gets 8. Note, however, that if you are opening multiple instances of Forms on one machine, each new instance clones the existing connection and does not open a new one.
