Business Process pane does not show up

We have a workflow that is made a business process and is invoked by another workflow.  

On workflow designer we can see the step of business process (when search and click on business process tab).  

 

The workflow shows that the business process did get invoked and waiting for user input at "Waiting for Entry" activity.  

But the Business Process pane of the document in client shows "No business processes have been run on this entry".

This business process is available and can be started manually in the client.  But for some reason it did not show up on client when invoked by other workflow.  Anyone know how to fix this?  Thanks.

I am having the same issue.  I have a workflow where when documents come down one side of the workflow it works but when it comes down another side of the workflow above it doesn't.  The difference between the branches is what template is being used.

It’s possible that when your business process workflow was invoked by the other workflow, the desired entry wasn’t specified as the starting entry. Use the Associate Entries activity and select the entry you would like to business process information displayed on. You can refer to this post for more information on how to use that activity and the expected results.
