The repository cannot be mounted at this time because it is being upgraded. Please wait until the upgrade completes. [9523]

I have the following error "The repository cannot be mounted at this time because it is being upgraded. Please wait until the upgrade completes. [9523]"

When we try to connect the repository from any application (Administration Console, Client) then it gives the same error.

Has any VAR faced the same issue earlier or is their any estimate on how much time it could take for the repository to upgrade? 
The estimate size of the database is 17 GB.

We get that all the time when doing upgrades.  Rarely had one take more than 5 minutes to come back up.

The upgrade process should take between 10 to 60 min on average, it depends on the database size and the performance of the dbms instance that is hosting the Laserfiche Database/schema. If the process has taken longer than the estimated time, then the upgrade has stopped at some point, more information can be found in the Application Event Viewer at the Laserfiche Server. For this particular post the reseller has already contacted Laserfiche Technical Support and a case has being opened.
