Hi,
We are using Import Agent 9.0.0.464 on one of the servers. Import Agent stopped picking up documents for more than 12 hours. There were no error messages that point to Import Agent. However import agent is still not picking up documents. There are more than 150 jobs scheduled.
We followed below troubleshooting steps.
Check service account which runs import agent
Access for service account on path from which document should be picked
Restart Import Agent Service
Restart Laserfiche Server Service
Move selected profiles, by exporting registries to another server which runs Import Agent. Even this did not help.
Checked Activity on database. We identified a SPID which was running an Update and it was self-blocking. We killed it.
Import Agent started picking documents on the new server . However, on original server it is still not picking up any documents. We also received SQL Errors which I am attaching to this post. Can you please help us. Is there any other step that we are missing here to make sure that Import Agent on current server starts picking up documents.
